The company are global leader in fluid engineering, with two centuries of experience developing innovative products and services that drive sustainable progress and are continuously growing with sites situated across UK.

The Electro Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for:

- Overhaul of all types and manufactures of Low and High Voltage AC motors and generators
- Service, maintain, and repair all types and manufactures of motors and generators
- Provide mechanical engineering and general machining services (machining, welding, and dynamic balancing)
- Overhaul of all mechanical equipment including pumps, gearboxes and white metal bearings
- mechanical handling, and machinery or plant relocation
- Identify any changes through condition monitoring including vibration analysis

Required experience:

- A recognised Electrical / Mechanical engineering apprenticeship
- Advanced electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Strong engineering background in a similar environment
- Knowledge and experience in the principles of quality assurance, quality control and health and safety legislation
- Previous demonstrable experience of overhaul and repair of all types of electric motors including; LV, HV, D.C., Ex. Along with other rotating equipment such as pumps and gearboxes
