**Bryson Recycling requires**:
**Driver/Loader**

**(Ref: R/DL/W/24)**

**Wales - Mochdre**

**Permanent**

**£13.18 per hour**

**37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday**

**Job Purpose**:
The Driver/Loader will be responsible for the collection of garden waste from a specified round and will oversee the loaders ensuring there are no missed pickups or complaints. The Driver/Loader may also be required to drive special recycling vehicles and delivery vans.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current C class driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Ability to oversee the assigned crew, to ensure that the service is delivered to a high standard and material quality is maintained at all times
- Ability to communicate well with general public
- Ability to show initiative and self-motivated
- Ability to accurately complete documentation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime as required

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Fluent Welsh speaker
