Bartender

**Recently Opened, Alfredos **is looking for a **Bartender **to join our team. We are a small, family-owned business that provides exceptional care and quality in a casual environment. We are currently hiring for a **part time position, **roughly 20 hours per week with pay based on experience. We need a happy, enthusiastic, cocktail loving person to help serve our guest in the bar from lunch to evening.

We will offer our guests, high end, fast paced Italian sharing plates. Italian based drinks and cocktails with a Somerset twist. We also have an onsite bakery providing take out treats and coffee. 0pen 4.5 days a week with a consistent highly skilled team.

**Responsibilities**
- **make really good cocktails, beers and wines.**:

- Stock inventory, including the ability to lift products to stock them
- Maintain a clean and orderly shop by cleaning the bakery daily during the day and doing other cleaning before closing
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Handle cashier duties when needed
- Create orders when necessary to meet production needs

**Experience**
- Experience working in a bar is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is eager to learn.
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (some shifts may require overtime)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
