Our client one of the UK's leading providers of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure are looking for a Residence Supervisor to join their Team.
We are looking for people who can commit to starting in January 2023 for an 18-month contract so there's a total of £1,500 loyalty bonus available, with payments made throughout your contract
Location: Leeds

**Salary**: £25,896 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
This role is responsible for supporting with the day-to-day management activities at the designated residences including delivery of soft services and ensuring adherence to the stipulated Service Level Agreement.
To provide a comprehensive, effective, and efficient service for the customer, in line with Company objectives, whilst maintaining a highly customer orientated ethos amongst all staff towards all internal and external customers.
This includes:

- Housekeeping management - including planning of domestic services, general management, administrative and control procedures, ensuring high service standards and maintaining accurate information on costs incurred.
- Regular review of existing procedures to increase efficiencies and continuous appraisal of operating practices. This will be achieved by monitoring the service provided, managing customer expectations, and responding to student complaints within the timescales.
- Management and training of all relevant staff.
- Liaising with all staff, residents, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Our ideal applicant will have/be;
- An excellent people manager with experience of managing multi-disciplined teams within hospitality/facilities
- Knowledge of financial management and reporting
- Knowledge of H&S statutory testing required within residential accommodation.
- An excellent ability in long term planning and creating a "safety culture" within a similar environment.
- Good conversational standard of the English language and an ability to read and interpret Health & Safety guidance.
- Prepared to work (with notice) at other sites if required and additional hours when the need arises, especially during the main student arrival and departure weekends.
