HR Assistant
Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment - support and assist with all aspects of administration around recruitment of new staff including preparing job descriptions, placing adverts and organising interview schedules
Training, Induction and Probation - Support with the induction of new staff and co-ordinate reviews and probation reviews
HR Database - Assist HR Officer with the implementation and development of new HR database, keep staff records up to date and set up and run reports
Absence - Monitor the absence reporting system, produce sickness absence data, administer annual leave/maternity and paternity leave etc
Key skills and qualifications:
You will have a basic understanding of recruitment law or the desire to learn
First class administration and IT skills
