We are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client’s centralised team of 6

As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR guidance to managers and employees across the organisation. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is experienced in HR, we want to hear from you

**HR Advisor**

**£30,000 - £32,000 per annum**

**NG7, Nottingham**

**Full Time, Permanent**

**Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (Hybrid Working after Probation)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer comprehensive HR guidance to managers and employees throughout the organization.
- Provide support to line management at designated location(s) on all aspects of employee relations, overseeing cases from initiation to resolution.
- Manage and prioritize caseloads efficiently, extending assistance to colleagues when required.
- Interpret and enforce internal policies, with a focus on attendance and conduct regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to formulate and implement HR policies.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for designated areas, presenting recommendations to drive enhancements.
- Execute ad hoc HR projects as necessitated by business demands.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a CIPD Level 5 Professional qualification or higher.
- Minimum two years' experience at the advisor level (Previous case management experience is essential)
- Thorough understanding of prevailing employment laws and regulations.
- Confident, self-assured demeanour with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits**:

- Hybrid Working after probation (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
- 31 days holiday (pro-rata)
