**Overview**
2fawcett are recruiting for a Marketing Officer to join a business in York on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has completed a qualification in digital marketing and is looking to gain experience by joining an established team,to help shape the businesses online presence.
**The role and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Officer**
You will work closely with the team director to implement an effective digital marketing strategy to drive the businesses growth, including developing a set of brand values
You will create Search Engine Optimised website copy and blog content, to increase the amount of traffic to the websites by achieving high-ranking placements in search results
Assist in the relaunch of social media presence through various channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and create eye-catching content for the target audience
Work closely with the network of affiliate agents by sharing digital content with them which they can use to promote courses to their respective networks
Provide reports and analysis to management against a number of KPIs to demonstrate an effective ROI
**The requirements of the Digital Marketing Officer**
Initial Digital Marketing experience with a willingness to continue to develop
Experience using Google Analytics and CRM software
Great copywriting skills
Ability to create eye-catching visual and audio-visual content for various social media channels
Hands on experience managing and implementing social media ad campaigns
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Have a warm and persuasive communication style
