- A community based social housing provider operating in the West of England who owns and manage around 6,500 homes and employ 350 staff, with an annual turnover of £43 million. They are looking for **aMulti trade carpenter**to be at the heart of our Home Repairs Team.

**Day to Day**:

- Working on the Home repairs service you will carrying out high quality and pro-active repairs to domestic properties.
- We are looking for someone with a good experience of repairs work within domestic properties, who has a core trade/carpentry background and who has some experience in other trades.
- Work in unoccupied and occupied properties, liaising with customers during the course of the work undertaken

**Requirements**:

- Full driving licence
- Relevant experience and qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ)
- Experience in a similar role
