**NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**

Service is key in Fraser Suites Glasgow and a large part of that is how we present our apartments to arriving guests. As one of our Room Attendants, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, ambience and atmosphere in each apartment you’re responsible for. At Frasers, we do all we can to give our guests memorable experiences and a big part of this is the standard of apartment they will be staying in. You must have a passion for cleanliness, the ability to go the extra mile and always look to exceed our guests expectations.

You will be responsible for all apartments, public areas, Fitness Suite, Laundry Suite corridors and back of house areas. Overseeing any outsourced staff when required.

Part of this role will also involve supporting the Housekeeping Team with opening, operating and closing the Breakfast Suite. Full training will be provided on all aspects of this role.
