Once this growth set up stage has been completed there will be scope to grow into a contracts manager position managing multiple sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and establish relationships with at least 2 suppliers of fire doors and required materials.
- Initiate discussions with supplier to determine current lead times and availability.
- Manage procurement of materials, such as mastics and packers.
- Collaborate with CEO and Director of Operations to finalize terms and conditions for supplier agreements.
- Recruit and build a skilled site team located within a 30-minute drive of priority locations: Warwick, Leicester, Peterborough, Bedford, and Oxford.
- Collate and benchmark detailed installation rates and contact potential contractors to assemble a minimum of 6 fully-equipped teams with detailed price list of services.
- Develop a feedback system to ensure price list alignment with market trends and profitability expectations once projects commence.
- Design and implement a streamlined process blueprint for fire door installation, complete with necessary templates and integration with Bolster Software package.
- Configure Bolster software with requisite templates for efficient project management.
- As a Working Site Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in project management: Your expertise will guide the establishment of efficient processes from blueprint to execution. Leading your site teams, you'll be the driving force behind achieving milestones and maintaining quality standards.

**Experience**:
Minimum 10 years of experience in fire door installation and maintenance

Software Proficiency: Microsoft 365 software platform, Bolster management software, BM TRADA certification forms and templates.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire door installation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in utilizing management software such as Bolster and familiarity with forms and templates from BM TRADA certification.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish supplier relationships.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build and manage a proficient site team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
