The Head Chef of this privately owned country hotel is seeking a **Sous Chef** to assist with the management of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast,lunch and dinner menu in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients. The property is a popular venue for private functions and events, and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Sous Chef whois capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.

**Requirements**:
An experienced Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume,multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
