Fundraising Coordinator
We are assisting a well known charity in the recruitment of a Fundraising Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fabulous charity. Being part of a fundraising team providing general fundraising support you will be working with peopleat all levels. Our client is looking for someone with drive, passion, who can be inspiring to all they come in contact with throughout the charity.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting in to and working with the Fundraising manager on the following:
- Developing and driving all fundraising initiatives
- Support communication team & Support Care Officer with all admin tasks
- Work closely with the Fundraising Manger to ensure suitable requests for volunteer attendance are fulfilled
- Deliver presentations as and when required to internal and external parties
- Ensure all supporters of the charity are sent relevant information packs
- Liaising with Comms team to update press releases, Facebook and Twitter
- Help organise fundraising appeals and projects
- Help organise and attend airbase visits for supporters
- Attend recruitment events
- Attend and run bucket collections
- Keep accurate records of all volunteer contribution on the Charities CRM system
Skills / Experience
- Previous administrative experience
- previous experience in coordinating between teams and senior levels
- Strong organisation skills
- Have a Can-do attitude
- Excellent telephone, oral written and IT communication skills
- Able to communicate with people at all levels
This position will require flexibility and commitment to attending charity events on some evenings and weekends.
24 days holiday + bank holidays
Automatic enrolment to their Pensions Scheme after 3 months
Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
