- YOUR ROLEOur Transport Centre of Excellence are looking for a fleet coordinator to support the management of the company car fleet. You will be involved with the commercial fleet activities to fully utilize all CEVAs fleet assets.- This is a Monday to Friday role (hybrid) and based in our head office in Ashby de la Zouch 3 days per week, start times will be 8.30am till 5.30pm.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accreditations to allow CEVA’s commercial fleet to operate in such areas where required
- To enforce Government Road Legislation and roadworthiness guidelines across CEVA locations.
- Eligibility, ordering, approval, delivery, in life relocation and return process of the company car fleet
- Working with CEVA transport mangers and drivers to maintain compliance (MOT/inspections/Servicing)
- Monitoring new fleet order schedules (in build/on order)
- Analyzing data
- WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?-
- You will have strong data analyzing skills and be able to make decisions using the data.
- You will have experience with transport systems and procedures
- A knowledge of transport compliance and legislation
- PC literate and confident with all Microsoft packages
- Good communicator
