**Job Title**:Operating Department Practitioner - Anaesthetic Team
**Location**: Manchester
**Type**: Permanent
**Shift Pattern**: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Saturday, 07:30 am - 18:00 pm; 10:00 am - 20:00 pm; 12:00 pm - 21:00 pm
**Salary**: Up to £36,000 per annum, plus shift allowance
Join our dynamic team as an Operating Department Practitioner at our prestigious private healthcare facility in Manchester. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our patients and are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Theatre department.
Our facility boasts a "Outstanding" rating from the CQC and offers a comprehensive range of services including diagnostics, inpatient care, surgery, day cases, and outpatient treatments.
**Duties**:
- Deliver a consistently high standard of patient care utilising evidence-based practice
- Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluation of all aspect of patient care
- The role will work across all disciplines, including scrub anaesthetics and recovery so you'll have a chance to grow your skillset.
- Prepare patients and aid with clinical/operative procedures
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualification
- Postgraduate experience in Theatre settings
- Current HCPC/NMC Registration
- Anaesthetics experience preferred
- Completion of anaesthetics course desirable
