We LOVE coffee We are looking for a Barista who shares our passion for making great coffee (with great espresso machines and grinders ) and who likes working in a busy environment.

**Job Summary**

You will use our Arduino grinders and San Remo Café Racer espresso machine to pull shots and produce silky milk and foams alongside the preparation of speciality teas and other drinks. You will provide customers with efficient, friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

**Main Duties**
- Prepare great coffee and drinks
- Work quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining great quality
- Organise the tab grabber to maintain quick and efficient delivery of drinks
- Uphold strict hygiene protocols and ensure that all Food Safety requirements are met
- Process sales accurately using the point of sale system and follow the correct procedures
- Ensure that you are always smart, professional and courteous
- The above duties are not exhaustive and, from time to time, you may be required to perform other functions

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Barista in a busy Café or Bar
- Passionate about delivering a great experience to our customers
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, committed, self-motivated, professional and flexible
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Food Hygiene knowledge / experience
