The QHSE Co-ordinator (Health and safety) will support on the overall practices/work activities in line with H&S best practice and legislation, they will work with QHSE Manager to develop a safer understanding, improve safety in relation to working practices, encourage and support frontline development. The QHSE Co-ordinator (Health and safety) will be responsible for the administration of existing of RAMS, SSOW’s, SOP’s and associated procedures, they will support with frontline engagement on a whole team level to support where required. QHSE Co-ordinator (Health and safety) will support with audits and bolster the company's overall approach to H&S to maintain a safe and healthy working environment, fostering a culture of engagement and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support administration of policies, procedures and document control of all documents related to health and safety including ensuring the management system register is up to date.
- Support the QHSE manager with the conducting of regular risk assessments and monthly internal audits on site.
- Provide guidance and support to management on relevant health and safety documents within the management system.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in health and safety to inform wider understanding of health and safety developments.
- Support a positive safety culture with lead form QHSE Manager by promoting open communication, recognising.

and celebrating safety achievements, and empowering employees to actively participate in safety initiatives.
- Keeping documentation and reviews/amendments up to date with our SMS (Safety management Systems)
- Keeping health and safety data up to date ensuring figures form regular monitoring are imputed into the relevant data bases.
- Support the quality and environmental management systems as and when required by the QHSE manager.
- Leading on producing H&S meeting minutes and toolbox talks with content provided by Management team.
- Supporting on administration of occupational workplace health monitoring testing on a monthly basis
- Leading on the administration of accident and near miss reporting once investigations have been completed.
- Any other reasonable tasks that may be required

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
