**THE ROLE**:

- To help assist in any issues or questions that the recruiters may have

**Package includes**:

**Routine Daily Tasks**:

- Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to departments
- Educating clients about company products and services
- Collecting and sorting post
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Ordering office stationery and other supplies
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Providing office support including customer and employee support

**Skills Required**:

- Very Good grasp of English (written and verbal)
- Excellent Communication
- Excellent organisation
- Ability to work under pressure
- A hard-working, enthusiastic approach
- Excellent customer service skills
