**We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Trainer to assist with the behavioural and welfare assessments of dogs in our Rehoming Centre.**

We have an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in training a variety of dogs (breeds, ages and temperaments) and with a strong understanding of positive reinforcement training techniques.

**As a Rehabilitation Trainer you’ll**:

- Work under the direction of the Training & Behaviour Advisor (TBA), Assistant TBA (ATBA) and management staff, to take responsibility for the practical implementation of training and behaviour modification programmes devised by the TBA or ATBA.
- Supervise other Canine Carers in ensuring the optimal welfare of dogs in the centre.
- Take responsibility for the accurate recording of information about the behaviour of dogs under their care.
- Supervise and support the work of Canine Carers and occasionally may be required to take an active part in Canine Carer duties.
