**Boathouse Attendant **- **£12.50 per hour**

We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Boathouse Attendant to join our Oxfordshire team.

The Boathouse offers a wide selection of equipment and facilities to provide options for everybody, no matter the goal. As a team we are committed to providing the highest standard of service and developing the health and well-being of our members. The Receptionist will be a motivated individual, ideally with a background in the Health and Fitness industry, and the ability to communicate in a friendly and engaging manner to ensure the customers are put first. This is a service-based role with a varied of tasks to be completed throughout the day.

You work between the reception, gym, pool, and lawn; with the highest standards being maintained and exceptional service consistently delivered.
- Greet all member/guest with a warm welcome and a smile
- Confidence in water (Lifeguard training provided)
- Attentions to detail
- Ensure the reception area, gym and changing rooms are always neat and tidy
- Make sure maintenance issues are being reported and dealt with
- Deliver informative inductions for new members of the club (If level 2 gym qualified)
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our members, offering advice or alternative training techniques
- Ensure club rules are observed by members and guests to ensure their safety and well-being
- Ensure the pool is lifeguarded at necessary times
- Support the set-up of the sunbeds and lawn area during peak season
- Undertake such other duties and projects that may be reasonably required to continually improve the overall member experience

- Physically able to lift wooden sunbeds from the Lawn during months
- Flexible to work a morning, evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask

- Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
