**The role: Storeperson & Shipping Administrator**
- Receive materials, kits and goods from suppliers and customers, checking paperwork against outstanding orders
- Transacting goods into the ERP system against appropriate orders in a timely fashion
- Process incorrect / damaged deliveries, segregate non-conforming product and arrange return to supplier in collaboration with the buyer
- Use of Counterbalance forklift truck to both receive and despatch goods to and from vehicles
- Accurately pick and issue production kits against relevant documentation
- Ensure that all Kanban items are replenished in a timely manner
- Stock locations outside stores are still controlled by stores
- Ensure that stock adjustment requests are processed in accordance with company procedure
- Maintain accurate stock through diligent control of all movements as per company procedures, and in general to ISO9001
- Schedule and book courier collections for onward shipment to end users using third-party IT systems (e.g. DHL, UPS, FEDEX/TNT)
**Note: All direct customer communications will be through the Sales Admin team only.**
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Counterbalance Forklift truck licence holder.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
