What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a fresh thinking, highly innovative and proactive Junior Creative Designer. You understand creative ideas and are comfortable generating your own - collaborating with your team to develop design concepts that bring a creative task to life. You challenge yourself every day to learn and push your skills.

You can follow the creative direction set by the senior team, expanding on the thinking and bringing it to life in exciting and memorable ways. You are full of creative influences and can bring your personal interests into your work.

**Requirements**:

- Deliver memorable design ideas that challenge convention and delight our clients
- Work collaboratively with all functions of our business to support creative needs
- Develop ideas as part of a team and build on others’ thinking
- Be a reliable source of creative inspiration for our clients and agency
- Develop an understanding of our clients, their industry and markets, keep up with trends
- Present work to clients and build strong relationships with those client teams
- Show an interest in other creative disciplines to your own, forming opinions
you aren’t afraid to share
- A great understanding of technology and the role it plays in creativitiy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud

Experience can include:

- 1+ years’ agency experience in a creative role
