**Job Description**:
Our client is seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join their busy team in Basingstoke. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing process. This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mixing and weighing product: You will be involved in the process of mixing and accurately weighing product ingredients according to set guidelines.
- Filling and packaging: As a Production Operative, you will fill the mixed product into containers, seal them with lids, and pack them into boxes for shipment or storage.
- Heavy lifting: The role will involve lifting bags of product weighing up to 25 kg, so physical strength and ability are necessary.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring precision and accuracy during the production process is crucial to maintain product quality.
- Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
