**Job Description**:

- Ensure all works orders are planned into production capacities to meet sales order demands and maintain minimum stock levels.
- Provide performance information as requested by the direct line manager.
- Handle customer-driven sales queries and internal planning-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Advocate for system accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Keep Sales and Production departments informed of any shortages affecting production output and implement necessary changes to the production plan.
- Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
- Conduct regular system maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Adhere to company housekeeping expectations in the office.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as requested by the company.

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects related to continuous improvements.
- Degree-level education or equivalent, supported by relevant experience.
- Professional qualification related to Industrial Manufacturing Environment (HNC or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- IT literacy.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
- Effective communication skills at all levels within the business.
