Our hugely successful long term client based in Brighton are seeking a Business Analyst with good all-round skills to support the transition of systems used to underpin the successful delivery of their products. Monday to Friday with flexible working hoursand the possibility of 2-3 days a week home working.

**Role Details**

The person will be key to documenting as-is processes alongside defining the to-be processes used to design and configure/develop the systems accordingly.

This person will have experience working in/ for small to medium &/or start-up businesses and responding to the quickly changing needs of the business, accommodating changes to schedules, priorities, resources to balance the needs of the project with thebusiness.

This person will have experience working alongside/ in partnership with the users/ customers to deliver successful change.

**Person Specification**:
This person will have experience
- Managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels with an organisation
- Documenting as-is and to-be processes
- Working with external development teams writing user stories as necessary
- Business case creation and justification
- A good technology understanding and how that relates to business processes
- Delivering presentations and interactive and engaging workshops
- A keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail
- Ensuring teams have appropriate processes in place for each project
- Coordination of projects, schedules, tracking and reporting on progress
- Ideally experience of CRM (MS Dynamics) and how to optimise processes

General skills/ attributes
- Ability to prioritise your workload and manage your time effectively
- Remain calm and focused under pressure
- Good time management including ability to adhere to deadlines
- Proactive approach to work

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Process documentation and design
- Research and present business cases clearly promoting the risks/ opportunities, business impacts, timeline, resourcing and key outputs/ benefits
- Successful delivery of projects on time and within budget

**Essential Skills & Experience**:
At least 2 years’ experience of the following:
**Business Analysis,** including process design, stakeholder engagement, managing resource and scheduling conflicts, prioritisation, managing third party suppliers.

**Business cases** such as: identifying and managing stakeholders, identifying and prioritising requirements, researching solutions, documentation and presentation incl. financials.

**Managing workshops** to explore and define processes, requirements etc. from organising to facilitating to production of end product.

**MS Office**
- IT literate within Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Features in Word such as; use of templates, track changes, comments, styles etc.
- MS Visio and MS Planner
