**The Role**

A two year program designed to provide first-hand experience of leading people within Supply Chain and Distribution, project management and essential knowledge of our business operation.

In Supply Chain, we’re the all-important link between the Group’s commercial teams and customers. We look after the movement of all products from our carefully selected suppliers through our distribution networks until they land in our customers’ homes. Everything we do is focused on helping the Group become the global leader in e-commerce fashion. Think innovation, plenty of problem-solving and cutting-edge engineering.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Partner internally with key distribution functions and encouraged to take active part in achieving objectives and operational goals according to the business needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within our Distribution Centres and wider organisation
- Complete placements between our Distribution Centres departments
- Work with appropriate departments to provide solutions to operational issues taking into the account appropriate policies and ethical practice.
- Attend regular progress meetings with Program Leads/Buddies to ensure project work is on track
- Promote a positive team culture and spirit
- Brand ambassador for future graduate placements
- Maintain confidentiality
- Any other duties required by the business deemed suitable and necessary.
- Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met:

- Comply with H&S policy & standards.
- Identify and report hazards, incidents and accidents.
- Be aware of where COSHH applies and adhere to the requirements.
- Keep work area clean and tidy. Use 5S’s.
- Use equipment in a safe manner.
- Attends training, meetings and other events as requested by direct manager or senior management, including Head of Human Resources.
- Assists colleagues by completing tasks outside own job role when requested, including supporting associated companies.
