**Summary**:
The Sales Lead Generator's role is to partner with development representatives who require leads to share with Business Partners for sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Partner with sales and marketing to deliver the required daily lead volume to achieve sales targets

2. Utilize LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to increase our contact database and social reach

3. Develop and execute nurture campaigns that will help convert leads to qualified sales leads

4. Prepare and analyze lead pipeline reports and dashboards. Provide reports on key metrics and ROI of lead generation efforts. Provide and execute recommendations for improvement based on the metrics

5. Travel to meetings and exhibitions on average 4 to 5 times a year

7. Conduct a thorough needs analysis and determine prospects' budget, decision-makers, needs, and timelines (BANT)

8. Work with the sales teams to develop and ensure the handoff of qualified leads

9. Develop and grow the sales pipeline with highly qualified sales opportunities, which may include contacting and nurturing existing leads from our CRM.

10. Keep detailed records on prospective leads in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong understanding of B2B sales/marketing tactics
- Will need to learn/understand Maximo at a high level
- Social Media savvy - Experience using social media tools to prospect clients
- Understands the elements of the sales cycle to maximize and support overall company objectives
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy and non-sales demeanor with engaging likable characteristics
- Detail-oriented, effective problem solver, and creative thinker
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity quotas
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers and determine the buying process
- Ability to be persuasive and assertive without being aggressive
- Must have the confidence, self-assurance, flexibility and possess the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
