Commercial Catering Engineer / White Goods Engineer

A new client of mine who specialise in Commercial Catering and Refrigeration installation, maintenance and service are on the look out for COMCAT engineer to join their fast-paced dynamic field service team covering the Midlands region of the UK. As a CommercialCatering Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting regular routine and reactive maintenance across multiple business sectors throughout the Midlands area. The role could also suit a Gas Qualified Domestic White Goods Engineer who is keen to developand enhance their career by learning a new skill set with all relevant courses to be funded by the employer.

As a Commercial Catering Engineer your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.
- Responding to reactive machinery breakdowns quickly and efficiently and ensure regular planned maintenance is carried out.
- Work on a variety of commercial equipment such as Combination Ovens, Fryers, Range Burners, Dishwashers, Microwaves, and various other catering appliances.
- Provide high levels of customer services and advice on machinery and provide operation usage training where necessary.
- Recording all relevant documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure all activities are carried out within company and legislative health and safety and environmental guidelines reporting any issues.

An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Catering Engineer with the following.
- Apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experienced working with Commercial Catering and Warewash equipment.
- Ideally COMCAT 1,3 & 5 and electrically qualified.
- Upheld the clients' values and actively promote the wider areas of the business.
- Full UK clean driving license (Max 6 points).
- Flexibility to fit in with the current 1 in 5 on call pattern.
