**Paint Sprayer**

We currently have a vacancy on our team for an Paint Sprayer.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role will support the overall business strategy of the company to produce quality coatings, to the highest standard, for all clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Competent and effective use of PPE as well as compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental regulations
- Using knowledge and initiative to ensure the most appropriate paint types are used
- Maintain own workspace to Company housekeeping standards
- Understanding the needs of our customers, keeping them in mind when taking action
- Contribute to team discussions to ensure the smooth running of the facility
- Develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, the client base and the manufacturers
- Adherence to the Company Values

**Skills and Capabilities**:

- Experience of using single pack, 2 pack paints using a pressure fed spray gun and airless spray pump.
- Understanding of and adherence to Health & Safety & Environmental legislation including COSHH requirements
- Be organised, systematic and resilient approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within production schedule’ time allowances
- Effective communication skills and team player

Previous experience as a Paint Technician with a minimum 2 years’ experience

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Paint Spraying: 2 years (required)
