Screenautumn undertake professional management of areas under common ownership on residential and commercial developments. We focus on providing our clients with a first class customer experience.
We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to work as part of our property management team based in Larbert.
Credit control - managing customer accounts.
All connected office admin, written correspondence, keeping files and database records.
Resolving complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining files and database records.
Experience in working in an office or customer service position.
Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with CPL software would be advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
