**Position Description**:
As a Web Designer at Tills Plus Limited, you will play a crucial role in crafting web designs that are both visually appealing and culturally sensitive. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create web layouts, user interfaces, and graphics that demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

- Ensure user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web designs.
- Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies for an enhanced online presence.
- Translate concepts into engaging visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Arabic, Turkish, or Farsi is preferred.
- Prior experience as a web designer or similar role.
- A robust portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Awareness of cultural sensitivities and preferences in our target markets.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Strong grasp of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
