Based at our Haslingden site, we are looking for a:
Report Processor

Who will be responsible for processing various forms of raw data collected by field service engineers and creating audited site service reports.

**In summary the role will involve amongst other things**:

- Obtaining data from field service engineers to generate formal reports to be issued to customer base for auditing.
- Liaising with engineers (internal and subcontract) to resolve queries and issues with report data.
- Maintaining Engineers timesheets.
- Booking of hotel accommodation.
- Maintaining weekly activity records for Engineer utilisation figures.
- Service coordination tasks as and when required.

**Knowledge and skills needed in this role**:

- Intermediate to high level of ability in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills and ability to create drawings from provided details.

**Hours of work**
- 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday.
