**Insurance Administrator Benefits**:

**Hours**: 9am to 5pm Full time or part time may be consider (minimum of 3 days)

**Insurance Administrator Duties**:
Support broker administration for Corporate, Small Business and Personal Lines Business.

Submit queries on existing business and new enquiries

Prepare files in accordance with Account Handler instructions

Invoice renewals, new policies and mid-term adjustments

Maintain accurate and precise records using Acturis data

Reception duties

Taking credit card payments

Diary management

Taking part in all regular training opportunities to support knowledge and personal development

Claim handling - receive, notify and deal with allocated claims under the supervision of the Claims Superior and/or Broking Director

**Insurance Administrator Criteria**:
Previous experience of working in the financial services Industry

Previous Administration experience

Excellent Administration skills

Responsible attitude to handling sensitive information

Knowledge of GDPR

Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft packages

Able to deal professionally with clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn

Be a team player
