**Job description**

**Customer Service Administrator, Thame**

We are looking for a **Customer Service Administrator** to join our growing business based just outside, Thame.. It is an exciting time to join as we currently enjoying year on year growth of 50%. This role can be either part time or full time.

The role will be office-based just outside Thame and duties will include:
**Responsibilities**
- Provide product information/undertake tasks in response to customer requests, ensuring that all tasks meet the agreed company and customer services standards
- Amend and maintain accurate company records of all customer communications.
- To investigate and resolve complaints and queries in line with the complaints procedures
- Take responsibility for end to end process of tasks undertaken
- To help pack and dispatch some orders

A customer orientated individual with an eye for detail, good administrative skills and the ability to work to set deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role as is a can do attitude and the ability to deal with large volumes of work at peak times.

- Ability to prioritize work & work under pressure to meet service standards.
- Works with little direction - on own initiative.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to perform efficient, accurate, timely admin duties.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Full-time

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
