Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Packer. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment. This is an important role in our organization, ensuring that products are properly packaged and ready for delivery to our customers.
**Duties**:
- Prepare products for packaging by inspecting them for defects or damages
- Package products according to specific guidelines and instructions
- Label packages with accurate information, including product details and shipping labels
- Ensure that packages are sealed securely to prevent any damage during transit
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management by counting and recording stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina, as the role may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient packaging processes
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £10.60-£11.18 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
