**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**: - To ensure all parts are picked correctly and delivered in a timely, safe and secure manner to the customer. Assisting in store areas, preparing orders, cleaning and carrying out stocktake procedures as instructed by the Branch Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To ensure all deliveries are accurately delivered to the correct destinations and unloaded at the required delivery points.
- To be responsible for the loading of vans in the correct delivery order from stores areas
- Ensure the vehicles are cleaned internally & externally on a weekly basis
- To refuel the vehicle ensuring sufficient levels for the days operations, maintaining high levels of fuel economy, including the completion of the daily vehicle checks.
- Put away stock loads as directed by the Branch Manager/Parts Supervisor
- To ensure high standard of [personal appearance are adhered to at all times. Including the wearing of correct protective clothing.
- To conform to all health and safety codes of practice relevant to heavy lifting
- To adhere to health and safety codes of practice ensuring that they are adhered to at all times
- Administration of paperwork, including despatch notes and filing
- Other reasonable duties as required

**KEY SPECIALIST SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Good Knowledge of both Heavy goods Truck & Trailer Parts, desirable
- Excellent customer service experience
- Must be able to work to deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate a friendly and courteous manner towards both internal and external customers.

**Salary**: £21,736.00 per year
