PART TIME ROLE : 2-3 weekdays and Minimum 2 saturdays a month

This is a very varied and fast paced role for an experienced dental Receptionist in our busy private clinic.

We are looking for a bubbly, friendly and a meticulously organised team member.

You'll be meeting and greeting customers as they visit for enquiries, making appointments and treatment and you will be pivotal in ensuring they receive the best possible patient care experience in line with our practice ethos.

You'll also be taking calls to book and amend appointments, taking payments and converting enquiries to appointments and contribute to the growth of the clinic.

You should be very organised and flexible with the ability to multitask.

Good administration skills with an ability to use our in-house IT systems is essential ( training will be provided)

Past experience in the dental industry is advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
