**Role Overview**:

- Preparation of year-end accounts
- Handling client portfolios efficiently
- Tax return preparation
- Provision of financial advisory services
- Collaborative engagement with team members to ensure client contentment

**Qualifications and Experience**:
To excel in this position, you should possess:

- Relevant accounting qualifications (AAT/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in a practice environment
- Profound understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Exceptional communication and client management aptitude
