**What We’re About**

- We’re Redbrick Court, a family owned residential care home in Wordsley, Stourbridge, and we provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.
- We’ve got a great atmosphere, and we’re rated ‘Good’ by CQC. We have lovely facilities, including a hair dressing salon, cinema lounge and sensory room. More importantly we have a wonderful, caring team of staff.

**What We’re Looking For**
- We’re seeking to recruit some great carers, people with the right values and attitudes that match our own (A sense of humour definitely helps)
- Please note that we are looking for people with experience of working in a care home or in community care, that have relevant level 2 or higher qualifications in health and social care.
- Just so you know, the position is for 3 shifts per week i.e. 30 hours. Our shift times are 9.00pm to 7.00am.
