Trinity Catholic High School is seeking a new Behaviour Support Assistant, a non-teaching member of staff who will join the school’s Behaviour and Pastoral Care team. We strive for the highest standards of conduct both within lessons and around our school sites. Our most recent Ofsted report highlighted “Leaders ensure that the school is calm and orderly. Pupils behave well and support and respect each other. They work hard in lessons and they have positive attitudes towards their education. Attendance is high. Pupils are kept safe, and bullying is rare. When incidents do occur, leaders tackle these quickly.”

**Hours per week**:
Monday-Friday; 8.30am-4.00pm (negotiable)

**About Our School**:
**We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant who has the**:

- Be a highly visible and proactive member of staff in supporting the behaviour and ethos of the school.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with a number of parties
- Have a passion for developing the positive development of young people and the resilience to remain calm and consistent when challenging negative behaviour.

Trinity Catholic High School is a denominational, co-educational secondary school in Woodford Green, Essex. There are 1660 students on the school roll, 464 of whom are in the sixth form.

Founded in 1976, the school’s motto is "In Christ We Shall Flourish". Its most famous former student is Olympic gold-medal-winning athlete Christine Ohuruogu.
