- **Position Overview**:_As a **Pharmacy Checker** in our warehouse environment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our pharmaceutical inventory. Working either on the day or night shift, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive checks on incoming and outgoing medication orders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding pharmacy best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough and accurate checks of incoming and outgoing medication orders, verifying quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product integrity.
- Adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the accuracy and quality of medication distribution.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all checks performed.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock control, rotation, and replenishment.
- Participate in regular quality assurance initiatives to identify and address potential areas for improvement.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation protocols.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in pharmacy-related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, warehouse, or inventory management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, medication types, and dosage forms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work either day or night shifts as required.
- Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using inventory management systems.
