**Your new company**
A globally recognised Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy whose portfolio consists of projects typically ranging between £1m to £100m coving large infrastructure projects, healthcare, education and residential developments in both the public and privatesector.
**Your new role**
This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior flood modeller to support our expanding workload in our flood risk team, based in our Manchester or Leeds office. You will be taking reasonability and managing a range of project types, including hydrauliccalculations, model building, design simulation and report writing. You will also act as the sole point of contact with clients and stakeholders. You will supervise and mentor junior members of the team in the structure and designs of schemes.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have experience in delivering flood modelling commissions for flood risk projects and flood risk assessments to support projects through the planning system
- Experienced in developing hydrological studies using UK hydrological methodologies
- Ideally be approaching chartership Have good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, a collaborative approach and a proven ability to deliver work on time
- Have experience of commercial management of projects and change control
- Have a commitment to encouraging good health and safety practices within the workplace and within design
- Have a desire to build upon your existing experience, continuing your professional development
- Hold a full UK Driving License
