We are looking for someone who has strong IT fundamentals and who wants to develop their knowledge and IT skillset.
With 42 production sites worldwide, we are experiencing significant growth supporting 3,000 colleagues.
This is a divisional role based at our head office in Pembridge, with opportunity to travel to remote sites both nationally and internationally.
We are looking for someone who can work within a team of eight technicians or independently.
**Responsibilities of IT Service Delivery Technicians**
- To provide onsite desktop support or remote assistance to colleagues across the division.
- Take responsibility for escalated tickets and major incidents and ensuring all tickets are handled withing agreed SLA’s and procedures.
- To work on projects and IT service improvements.
**Knowledge Required**:
- Windows Desktop Support.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Remote Server Administration.
- TCP/IP Networking fundaments.
- Group Policy Configuration.
- WSUS.
- Imaging and Software Deployment.
- IT Asset management.
**Knowledge of these areas is desirable but not essential**:
- VMWare.
- Citrix Desktop.
- Azure Endpoint Management.
- Office365 Administration.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Backup/Disaster Recovery
**Key role requirements**:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- GCSE’s in Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
