**What you'll do**

We’re excited to be looking for a new Sale Plan Surveyor to join our busy Asset Appraisal and Disposal's team to help contribute towards delivery of Abri's Strategic Asset Management Strategy
- and we need you

You’ll be the expert in the team for producing Sale Plan's, providing guidance and advice to queries. You'll have a great understanding of the residential legal conveyancing process, including boundaries, land ownership and 'Rights of Way'.

You will be visiting properties across the South of England, inspecting and undertaking site surveys to produce an accurate Land Registry compliant Sale Plans. We will need you to be proactive and efficiently manage your diary due to the geography being covered. No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine dedication will be essential as you’ll take ownership of Sale Plans and produce them in a timely manner.

You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers and stakeholders, using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

It is desirable for you to have experience using CAD (Computer Aided Drawing), but we can look at training opportunities if you dont have this.
