**Swift Placements** are currently recruiting on behalf of our expert multi-disciplinary practice Legal client, based in Liverpool City Centre. Due to ongoing growth within the company, an exciting opportunity to join the team has arisen as a **Fee Earner working with the MOJ and OIC Portal.**

Our client specializes in Residential Property, Commercial Law, Personal Injury Claims, Medical Negligence, Wills and Probate, Commercial Real Estate and Media & Intellectual property.

**The Role & Further Details.**

Our client is seeking a fee earner who has experience of taking client instructions in Personal Injury Matters and dealing with the MOJ RTA and EL/Pl portal up to stage 3 plus the new Official Injury Claim Portal for whiplash injuries.

**Duties include;**
- Assistant the director to manage a caseload of RTA and EL/PL claims.
- Dealing with stages 1 and 2 of the claim’s portal process.
- Liaising with the client and third parties to process claims within a legislative time frame.
- Gathering and submitting evidence to support claims.
- Preparing claim evidence for court proceedings as required.

**Person Specification;**
- Experience of working with a caseload of RTA and EL/PL claims.
- Experience of MOJ portal up to stage 3.
- Experience of Official Injury Claim portal.
- Good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and organised individual
