Security Officer

We have chosen to go forward with the Elite name in order to focus and provide local businesses with a high level of workforce and service, in order to grow and develop within an ever changing and competitive market but keeping to our ongoing ethos and standards.

Granite Elite Limited are a Security & Business Services Company based in Aberdeen who are currently recruiting for Security officers due to company expansion and new contracts starting.

**Duties will include**
- Providing a professional and friendly welcome to the venue
- Screening a person's suitability to enter the event, venue or premises
- Liaising with clients, customers and colleagues
- Conducting searches for unauthorised or illegal items
- Responding to incidents within the building, queues or audience
- Dealing with conflict inside or outside the venue
- Providing a security presence to prevent and detect crime
- Access control to Building or Venue
- Possess an SIA Door Supervisor Badge.
- Be able to build a rapport with clients and licensing officers.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a large team.
- Be able to provide a 5 year checkable work history.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent,

**Salary**: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £10.90 per hour

Granite Elite are a COVID Compliant Company, all guards are issued with certified snoods and comply with COVID rules set in places for each contract.

- Wick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
