Our client, an established firm of Damp and Timer experts based near Orpington, are currently seeking a Trainee Timber and Damp Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Trainee Timber and Damp Surveyor will be joining a medium sized company who will be offer great training and funding for all courses, to enable you to become a fully qualified surveyor in 2 years. This position will be office based with site visits in South East London and Kent.

- Must have some building knowledge
- Good IT and Grammar
- Hold a Full UK driver's license
- Relevant Qualification in Construction
- Based within commuting distance or Orpington

- Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 Dependant on Experience
