Simpson Judge are currently representing a fantastic Legal 500 Law Firm in the Altrincham area who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join a busy Commercial Property team.

**The Role includes**:

- Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone.
- Audio typing via the digital dictation system.
- Preparation of correspondence, court documents and invoices;
- Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary
- Previous experience working in legal in an administration capacity.
- Worked with excellent client management and administration skills.
- Previous family law experience would be essential but not necessary as training can be provided.
