Forecourt Supervisor

About us: We are a small locally owned company with a passion for Herefordshire made food and drinks. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for a person to join our experienced team at this petrol forecourt and convenience store.

Shifts available 1pm start finish at 8pm over 5 days with one weekend shift per week. Incremental increase in pay for certificated experience.

**Own transport essential**.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Customer service
- News
- Sales of age restricted products eg lottery and tobacco
- Putting out stock and date rotation
- Keeping the store clean and tidy

**Preferred experience**:

- Petrol forecourt experience
- Sale of age related products
- News returns
- Retailing
- Lottery

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Herefordshire, HR8 2TZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
