**MOUSEMAN FURNITURE MAKERS IS RECRUITING **

Our premises are Based 7 miles from Thirsk and Easingwold at yo61 4ah in the village of Kilburn.

Currently looking for time served cabinet makers, the applicant must have a high-level of skill in furniture and Joinery, have an understanding for design, working from drawings, preparing cutting lists and a keen eye for detail.

The day to day will include working within a small team or as an individual craft person. The projects will vary from standard items to bespoke projects for client’s based around the world. You will require a positive attitude and need to be a team player. Must have valid UK driving license

Working week - 40 hrs

Holidays - 29 days annual paid leave

Salary : £29, 000 - £40,000 per year

Overtime in the form of piece work

Must live within commutable distance to Yo61 4ah, Kilburn

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials to build cabinets according to specifications
- Assemble cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Install cabinets in designated areas, ensuring proper alignment and functionality
- Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure cabinets meet their expectations
- Repair or replace damaged cabinets as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role
- Proficiency in using woodworking tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of cabinet construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods

Note: Experience in roofing, masonry, electrical, plumbing, or painting is not directly relevant to the role of a Cabinet Maker.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
