**About the role**:
Job Title: Customer Service Adviser - Part Time

Location: Reading (Hybrid: 4 days in office and 1 day from home)

Job type: Permanent

Hours: 10am to 3pm, 25 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Part Time Customer Service Adviser to join our friendly and dynamic Customer Service team. We are looking for a bright and confident individual who wants to grow and develop within the business. The role is to support the Customer Service team with a wide variety of tasks, not limited to but including:

- Answering telephone calls and resolving/redirecting where appropriate
- Website Live Chat monitoring
- Supporting the office with administrative duties such as mailing, data entry, maintenance, and purchase of office supplies and tidiness.

**Required Qualifications and skills**:

- Experience in customer handling/complaints desirable
- Experience in administration/office role desirable
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent written/Verbal English
- Keen to learn and progress with in the role
